Product Overview

Product overview

The 2T/H machine is the smallest standard skid in the RO range and the one most often specified for a first plant: a village water station, a small bottler, a bakery or a clinic. Fibreglass pressure vessels keep the cost down without compromising the wetted path, and the whole train still arrives assembled and tested. Because the footprint is only 1.8 metres long, the unit fits into rooms where a larger system would not. The layout keeps the pre-treatment vessels at the front and the RO host at the back, so cartridges can be changed and gauges read from one side. Control is deliberately simple. The PLC runs start-up, flush and standby, and the conductivity display tells the operator at a glance whether the membranes are still doing their job. Where a plant later doubles in size, the same pre-treatment design scales to the 5T model without a redesign.

How it works

From raw water to finished water

Raw water intake

A stainless steel feed pump lifts source water from the raw water tank and holds a steady suction pressure for the whole train.

Sand and carbon filtration

A fibreglass pressure vessel with quartz sand removes turbidity; activated carbon then strips chlorine, colour and odour.

Softening or antiscalant dosing

An automatic softener, or antiscalant dosing on high-hardness sources, keeps calcium and magnesium from scaling the membranes.

Precision filtration

A 5 micron PP cartridge guard stops any residual particle before the water reaches the high-pressure section.

High-pressure RO

A multistage centrifugal pump pushes water at 0.8-1.5 MPa through the membrane elements, and permeate leaves the vessel at 10 us/cm or lower.

Storage and polish

Permeate is stored in a stainless tank and finished with UV sterilisation or ozone dosing before it is sent to filling.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Start from your peak hourly demand, then add 15-20 percent headroom. If you plan to run two shifts, size on the two-shift figure so the plant is not throttled during the busiest hours.

The standard skid is designed for TDS up to 250 ppm at 25 degrees C. For brackish or high-hardness sources we adjust the pre-treatment, membrane array and pump selection at the quotation stage.

Typically two to three years when pre-treatment is maintained and the unit is flushed regularly. Membrane life drops quickly if chlorine reaches the elements, which is why the carbon filter is not optional.

Yes. 220V/50Hz, 380V/50Hz and 440V/60Hz are all available, and the control cabinet is configured to your local standard before shipment.

Standard configurations ship in 15-25 working days after the deposit and the approved drawing. Custom skids with extended pre-treatment take a little longer.
