The ultra-pure water treatment equipment for cleaning the LCD screen adopts fully automatic control, and the water quality of the effluent is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The raw water enters the water tank for precipitation with municipal tap water or groundwater, and is preliminarily purified by the southern pump pressurization and pretreatment system. The multi-media filter can remove large particles of impurities in the raw water, and the activated carbon filter and water softener are used to remove rust and chemicals as well as the hardness of the water. The security filter is worthy of its name to protect the RO device. It absorbs inorganic salts through the RO membrane to the intermediate water tank and booster pump. Finally, through the EDI system (or mixed bed device) in the main engine and the precise microporous filter, the pure water reaches the standard.
The equipment uses an EDI module device without waste acid and waste lye, and the amount of ion exchange resin is less than 50% of the traditional process. The effluent quality of ultrapure water can meet the standards of the Ministry of Electronics Industry, the United States ASTM, Germany, Japan and other foreign standards for pure water.
