The water pump is hot
Reasons: bearing damage; too small clearance of rolling bearing or bracket cover; bent pump shaft or two shafts not concentric; tape too tight; lack of oil or poor oil quality; clogging of the balance hole on the impeller, the impeller is out of balance, and the direction of the impeller is increased. thrust on one side. Remedy: replace the bearing; remove the back cover, add a gasket between the bracket and the bearing seat; investigate the pump shaft or adjust the concentricity of the two shafts; adjust the tightness of the tape properly; add clean butter, and the butter accounts for the bearing. About 60% of the inner void; remove the blockage in the balance hole. ►3.can not absorb water
The reason is that there is air in the pump body or gas accumulation in the water inlet pipe, or the bottom valve is not closed tightly, the irrigation water is not satisfied, the vacuum pump packing is seriously leaking, and the gate valve or the flap door is not closed tightly. Remedy: first press the water up, then fill the pump body with water, and then start the machine. At the same time, check whether the check valve is tight, and whether there is air leakage in the pipeline and joints. If air leakage is found, apply lubricating oil or blending paint to the joints after disassembly, and tighten the screws. Check the oil seal ring of the water pump shaft, if the wear is serious, replace it with a new one. Water or air leaks in the pipeline. ►5. Motor overheating
There are four reasons for the motor to heat up:
First, the reasons for the power supply: the voltage is too high or too low. Under a specific load, if the voltage fluctuation range should be outside the rated value of +10% to -5%, it will cause the motor to overheat; the three-phase voltage of the power supply is asymmetrical, and the power supply If the phase-to-phase unbalance of the three-phase voltage exceeds 5%, it will cause the winding to overheat; during operation with lack of phase, experience has shown that more than 85% of the agricultural motor burned out is caused by operation with lack of phase, and a lack of phase protection device should be installed on the motor.
The second is the reasons for the water pump: the power is not matched, the small horse-drawn cart is used, and the motor is overloaded for a long time, which makes the motor temperature too high; the motor with too frequent starting and short-term or intermittent duty system works continuously. The number of starts should be limited, the thermal protection should be selected correctly, and the motor should be used according to the rated rating on the motor.
The third is the reason of the motor itself: the connection method is wrong, the △ shape is mistakenly connected to the Y shape, so that the temperature of the motor rises rapidly; the stator winding has phase-to-phase short circuit, inter-turn short circuit or partial grounding, the motor is partially overheated in light cases, and insulated in serious cases Burned out; the squirrel cage rotor is broken or defective, the motor runs for 1 to 2 hours, and the temperature of the iron core rises rapidly; if the ventilation system fails, check whether the fan is damaged, whether the rotation direction is correct, and whether the ventilation holes are blocked; the bearing is worn, the rotor The eccentric sweeping makes the iron cores of the stator and rotor rub against each other and emit a metal impact sound, and the temperature of the iron core rises rapidly. In severe cases, the motor emits smoke, and even the coil is burned.
Fourth, the reasons for the working environment: the motor winding is damp or dust, oil, etc. adhere to the winding, resulting in reduced insulation. The insulation resistance of the motor should be measured and cleaned and dried; the ambient temperature is too high. When the ambient temperature exceeds 35°C, the inlet air temperature is high, which will make the temperature of the motor too high, and efforts should be made to improve its working environment. Such as awning and sunshade. Note: If there is a failure due to electrical reasons, an electrician who has obtained a professional qualification certificate should be invited to repair it. People with little knowledge should not repair it blindly to prevent the occurrence of personal injury accidents.
