The inlet water quality does not meet the regulations, which can easily cause membrane pollution and blockage, make consumables fail quickly, and seriously affect the effluent water quality.

2, RO water inlet regulating valve to adjust the total amount of reverse osmosis water, if the reverse osmosis water intake does not change, can not adjust the RO water inlet regulating valve, prohibited completely open or completely closed. Use RO drainage regulating valve to adjust the recovery rate of the system, if the recovery rate does not change, can not mess with the concentrated discharge regulating valve, absolutely prohibited fully open or fully closed.

3, the equipment can not stop running for a long time, at least 2 hours a day. If the shutdown time exceeds 72 hours, a chemical cleaning device should be used to fill the part with 1% sodium bisulfate and 18% glycerin for protection.

4, in the water inlet pressure is small 0.4Mpa environment, reverse osmosis equipment should be started 10 minutes after each shutdown for cleaning.

5, under the premise of meeting the water production and water quality, the operating pressure control should take the lowest possible pressure value, which helps to reduce the water flux attenuation of the membrane and reduce the replacement rate of the membrane.

6, the operator should record the operating parameters within one hour, check the use of pure water equipment and water quality.



The main contents are as follows:
(1) Water intake:
PH, conductivity, pressure, SDI, water temperature.
(2) Water production:
Conductivity, flow rate, PH value;
(3) Concentrated water:
Flow, pressure and inlet pressure of each section.

7, when the reverse osmosis equipment occurs high and low pressure alarm, first check whether the manual valve between the safety filter and the high pressure pump is too small, and then check whether the RO water inlet regulating valve and concentrated discharge valve are normal, and then restart the pure water production equipment according to the high and low pressure alarm reset switch.

8, when controlling the inlet water temperature, according to the actual water consumption, the lowest temperature that can not meet the requirements of water production and water quality is the inlet water temperature (the inlet water pressure is lower than the desalination rate, resulting in a significantly decreased pressure value), which can reduce the attenuation of the membrane water.
