the main process and function of water treatment equipment
The main components of water are:
The original water tank: plays a buffer role in the supply of raw water, and coordinates the supply of raw water with the input of the original pump
Raw water pump: provide enough pressure and water to the water point.
Quartz sand filter: raw water through the quartz sand filter multi-layer mechanical filtration, can filter out the raw water mud sand, rust, large particles and suspended matter, can remove the insoluble impurities in the water and the remaining colloids in the water, free chlorine, odor, chroma and part of the iron manganese and adsorption of organic matter in the water, reduce the SDI value of water.
Activated carbon filter: After the raw water is treated by the quartz sand filter, most of the visible things have been removed, and then the colloids, free chlorine, odor, chroma and some iron and manganese and organic matter in the adsorption water are removed by the activated carbon filter.
(Softening tank) : In order to achieve a higher recovery rate, and prevent the concentrated water end, especially the concentrated water side of the last membrane element in the reverse osmosis pressure vessel, the chemical scaling of carbonate, sulfate and Ca2+, Mg2+ ions, thereby affecting the performance of the membrane element, the softening device can completely remove the hardness of calcium and magnesium ions in the water, protect the reverse osmosis membrane, to prevent scaling problems on the surface of the RO membrane. Ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.
Security filter: The role of the security filter is to trap particles larger than a few microns brought by raw water to prevent them from entering the reverse osmosis system. Such particles accelerated by the high pressure pump may break through the reverse osmosis membrane components, causing a large amount of salt leakage, and scratch the impeller of the high pressure pump.
High pressure pump: In order to overcome the osmotic pressure of the RO film, the outside world needs to provide pressure to the RO film, and this pressure is the pressure required for the normal work of the RO film, and this pressure is provided by the high pressure pump.
Reverse osmosis is actually the reverse process of osmosis. In nature, there is a membrane called a semi-permeable membrane, which can only pass through water and not through other solutes. If the semi-permeable membrane of fresh water and salt water is separated, the fresh water will naturally pass through the semi-permeable membrane to the salt water side.
