What causes the loud noise of reverse osmosis equipment? How to fix it?

The work of reverse osmosis equipment is generally indoors, and if the operator works around the equipment for a long time, he will have heard the sound of the equipment. Under normal circumstances, the sound of reverse osmosis equipment is not very large and can be accepted. However, how do you hear the device making a very loud noise this requires you to look at the cause. So for this larger noise, how should we deal with it in order to better reduce the noise problem of the equipment?
The core of reverse osmosis equipment is reverse osmosis membrane, the water treatment technology of the entire equipment is carried out around reverse osmosis, after the raw water is pressurized by the high pressure pump, the raw water becomes clean water through the reverse osmosis membrane, and the minerals and some debris in the raw water will be discharged through the concentrated water discharge valve with high pressure.

The pressure of raw water after pressurization is about 0.8 mpa, and the flow of water is in a high-speed rotating way, which will produce a very loud sound, especially in the throttle valve part of concentrated water discharge, concentrated water discharge interceptor valve plays a very important role in the production of equipment, can adjust the ratio of water production and concentrated water discharge. To the overall operation of the equipment in the pressure adjustment, noise size, etc. After the concentrated water is intercepted by the regulating valve, due to the role of the regulating valve itself, the space will suddenly increase, and the high-speed rotating water will produce a very harsh noise.

Reverse osmosis equipment will produce noise in the concentrated water discharge interception valve here, then we have to transform this part to reduce the noise generation to a greater extent. We connected a 32mm steel tank with a flow channel at the concentrated water discharge throttle, and then added a regulating valve. The function of this is to reduce the rotation speed of the water, reduce the flow rate of the water by diverting the water, share the pressure of the throttle, adjust the water production and the proportion of concentrated water discharge. Through the above technical transformation, it is generally able to solve the noise problem of pure water production equipment, and after our actual combat observation, such improved equipment can indeed reduce noise.
