Industrial ultra-pure water system is a kind of water treatment equipment that uses pretreatment, reverse osmosis technology, ultra-clean treatment, post-treatment and other methods to remove the dielectric in water. The methods to solve the conductivity instability of large-scale industrial ultra-pure water systems are as follows:

1. Under normal circumstances, stable conductivity means that the entire water treatment system is the same as the initial state. If the conductivity is high, the reason may be that the desalination rate is reduced due to the aging of the reverse osmosis membrane component, and then we need to replace the reverse osmosis membrane of the main unit, usually every 2-3 years.

2. When a large ultra-pure water system is started, it is difficult to reduce the increase in secondary conductivity, which usually occurs in two-stage reverse osmosis. Sodium hydroxide is usually added in the first and second stages to regulate the amount of carbon dioxide removed from the water. The recommended amount can be adjusted.

3. During operation, the electrical conductivity of the water equipment is unstable, the electrical conductivity suddenly increases, and the displacement increases, which may be caused by the leakage of the sealing ring connected to the reverse osmosis membrane component. It is recommended to replace the sealing ring. The method is to test the water quality of each membrane component, find the leaking part and replace it.

4. After the equipment has been in operation for a period of time, under the condition of constant water production, the conductivity increases and the displacement increases, indicating that the film is degraded by the oxidizing medium and the conductivity increases. You are advised to replace the membrane component.

5. The purification efficiency of sand and carbon after pretreatment by the equipment decreases, indicating that backwashing is not carried out in time, and backwashing is needed.
