What should we pay attention to when maintaining reverse osmosis equipment?

In the process of operation of reverse osmosis equipment, water quality should be strictly controlled. If the water quality does not meet the standards, the consumables will soon fail, seriously affecting the water quality. So, when using reverse osmosis equipment, we also need to carry out maintenance on reverse osmosis equipment, that in maintenance, what do we need to pay attention to?

Precautions for the maintenance of reverse osmosis equipment are as follows:

1. Strictly control the inlet water quality to ensure that the device runs under the water quality conditions that meet the inlet index. If the inlet water quality does not meet the requirements, it is very easy to cause the pollution blocking of reverse osmosis membrane, which makes the consumables fail quickly and seriously affects the effluent water quality.

2. The total water intake of reverse osmosis is controlled by the RO water inlet regulating valve. If the water intake of reverse osmosis does not change, do not tamper with the RO water inlet regulating valve. RO concentration discharge regulating valve used to adjust the system recovery rate, such as recovery rate does not change, do not mess with the concentration discharge regulating valve, absolutely prohibited fully open or fully closed.

3. The device shall not be shut down for a long time, and shall run for at least 2 hours every day. If it is ready to shut down for more than 72 hours, the chemical cleaning device shall be used to fill the components with 1% sodium bisulfate and 18% glycerin for protection.

4. The reverse osmosis device should be flushed for 10 minutes under the condition that the water pressure is 0.4Mpa after each shutdown.

5. the operating pressure control should be in the premise of meeting the water production and water quality, take the lowest pressure value as far as possible, which is conducive to reducing the water flux attenuation of the film, reduce the replacement rate of the film.

6. the operator should record the operating parameters every hour, and test the use of pure water equipment and water quality.

7. When the high and low pressure alarm occurs in the reverse osmosis equipment, first check whether the manual valve opening of the security filter to the high pressure pump is too small, then check whether the RO water inlet regulating valve and concentrated discharge valve are normal, and then press the high and low pressure alarm reset button to restart the purified water production equipment.

8. the inlet temperature control should be based on the actual water consumption, take the critical pressure (inlet pressure is lower than the value of the desalting rate to produce significantly decreased pressure value) can not meet the water production and water quality requirements of the low temperature as the inlet temperature in this time period, so as to reduce the attenuation of membrane water.
