How it works

Selection

We match vessel size, working pressure and connection to the flow rate of your existing system.

Inlet and distribution

An inlet distributor spreads flow across the bed, avoiding channelling and premature breakthrough.

Media loading

Quartz sand, activated carbon or resin is loaded to the calculated bed depth and backwashed clean.

Piping connection

Top and bottom ports are threaded or flanged to suit your valve head and site pipework.

Pressure test

Every vessel is hydro-tested before it leaves the workshop and shipped with a test record.

Commissioning

Installation guidance and a start-up checklist are supplied so the vessel is online the same day.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Match the vessel diameter to the service flow so the bed depth and the face velocity stay in range. The table on this page gives the flow each diameter handles.

0.6 MPa working pressure as standard, with 1.0 MPa available on request for high-rise or booster-fed systems.

FRP for cost-effective filtration and softening up to about 1.0 MPa, stainless steel where hygiene, temperature or chemical compatibility matters.

Yes. Manual and automatic control valve heads, with top or side connection, are available with the tank as a set.

Stock sizes ship in 7-15 days. Custom diameters and connection layouts are made to drawing, usually within three weeks.
