As we all know, polluted water quality has a great negative impact on the human body. 70%-80% of the human body is water. Therefore, long-term drinking of poor water quality will cause poor physical fitness and resistance to naturally weaken, and all diseases are inevitable. When the long-term accumulation of pollutants reaches the body's unbearable capacity, no matter how clever doctors and effective drugs are, it may not be effective. Therefore, the saying that "water is the king of medicines" is true.

However, we all know that the tap water at home is disinfected with chlorine gas. Although it can kill viruses and bacteria, it cannot remove heavy metals and volatile substances. After long-distance transportation through pipelines, tap water is prone to secondary pollution. The cost of bottled water is relatively high, the storage time is short, and it is easy to deteriorate. After being connected to the drinking fountain, it is in an open state and will be contaminated by pollutants in the air. Therefore, it is not an ideal drinking water solution. However, the water purifier can effectively separate and remove all kinds of pollutants, such as bacteria, residual chlorine, heavy metals, volatile substances, etc. The water tastes better and can be drunk directly. Therefore, it is very necessary to install a water purifier in the home.

However, in our daily life and use, water purifiers may have a series of problems, so how should we solve these problems?

► Water purifier joint leaks

1. It may be due to excessive water pressure and improper operation. It is necessary to check whether the joints of the raw material belt, pipe plug and rubber gasket are intact and damaged. If there is, repair it as soon as possible.
2. There are more chances of the water purifier, the water output of the water purifier suddenly decreases, and the water inlet pressure is too low. You can add a booster pump to increase the water output.
3. If the inlet water temperature is too low, the temperature will drop, and the water volume will drop. When the inlet water flow rate is too small, the inlet water flow rate can be increased or a booster pump can be added. If the inlet water is too dirty, pretreatment or flushing frequency can be added
4. After the water is stopped or repaired, when the water is stopped, the water must be flushed to remove the residual sand, rust, etc. in the water pipe before the water is dried.
5. If the water purifier does not produce water, it may be that the pipe is connected incorrectly. If the wrong pipe is replaced, it is OK. If the filter element is blocked, the water inlet solenoid valve may be faulty, and you need to find a professional instructor to repair it.

► Turbid water from the water purifier

1. It is necessary to consider whether the pressure at the water inlet is too large or the fluctuation is too large, causing the ultrafiltration membrane to rupture. If it does break, it must be replaced with a new ultrafiltration membrane filter element.
2. Check if the O-ring above the filter element is worn and causing water leakage. If the sealing ring is worn, it needs to be replaced with a new one.
3. The water purifier has been used for a long time or has not been cleaned for a long time, causing internal pollution of the water purifier and secondary pollution to the water quality.

► The machine has been working without stopping

This failure is very common. The tank is full but does not shut down, or it stops and opens once and repeatedly takes off.
1. The pressure of the high-pressure switch is set too high. At this time, use a 2mm inner hexagon to adjust the pressure of the high-pressure switch counterclockwise.
2. The RO membrane is clogged, and the effluent is in the shape of droplets and cannot be connected to the line, which cannot meet the conditions for the high-voltage switch to take off. Change the RO membrane!
3. Loss of pressure in the water pump and insufficient pressure can also cause this situation. Change the water pump, alas, the head is big, there is no way, a stable water pump is simply the engine of a car.
4. There is another unexpected situation, which I also encountered in practice. The pressure tank and the pressure tank ball valve are not tightly sealed, and there is a slight water seepage, which also causes the above phenomenon. Just tighten it, or replace the pressure tank ball valve.
5. Sometimes, some plastic parts will have slight cracks, which are not easy to find, and will seep water, leading to various failures and water leakage!

► The ratio of pure water to waste water suddenly changes drastically

If the waste water solenoid valve fails and cannot be closed, the waste water will increase, and the corresponding pure water will decrease. Changes in the ratio of external wastewater, excessive drainage or blockage, will lead to an increase or decrease in wastewater (too much drainage is very rare, usually due to blockage). The RO membrane is clogged and the efficiency is low, which will also cause more waste water and less pure water.
