Purified water circulation pre-rinsing:

Start the water production system. When about 500L of purified water is injected into the pure water tank, start the pure water pump to circulate. After 15 minutes, open the water valve at each point of use and discharge while circulating. When the pure water in the pure water tank drops to a low level, close it The pure water pump, fully open the pure water tank emptying valve and each point of use valve, after draining the water in the pure water tank and the pipeline, close all the water point valves on the pure water tank and the pure water pipeline.

Alkali cleaning:

Start the water production system to produce pure water (do not pour the produced pure water into the pure water tank), pour about 250L of purified water into the cleaning tank, add 2.5 kg of NaOH, and stir evenly to make it a 1% NaOH solution. Use the cleaning pump to transport to the pure water purification tank. According to the above preparation method, repeat the preparation of 1% NaOH solution once, and then transport it to the purified water tank through the cleaning pump. At this time, the volume of the 1% NaOH cleaning solution in the purified water tank should be 500L.

Turn on the purified water pump to circulate the 1% NaOH cleaning solution in the purified water tank and the conveying pipeline for 2 hours, open the valves at each point of use on the purified water pipeline, discharge for about 3 minutes, and clean the valve. Fully open the drain valve of the pure water tank, and fully open the valves at all points of use to drain the cleaning fluid in the pure water tank and the pipeline.

After the cleaning liquid is discharged, close the pure water tank and the valves of each water point, and prepare for flushing with purified water.

Flush with purified water:

Start the water production system, inject secondary reverse osmosis fresh water into the cleaning tank for preparing lye and the pure water tank at the same time, and send the pure water in the cleaning tank to the pure water tank through the cleaning pump, so that the cleaning tank is Clean.

When the pure water in the pure water tank reaches the neutral position, start the pure water pump, and after circulating and flushing the purified water tank and pipeline for 30 minutes, open the water valves at each point of use of the pure water transportation pipeline at the same time to make it in a half-open state, so that the pure water Clean the valve with water for 3 minutes, turn off the pure water pump, open the drain valve of the pure water purified water tank and the valves at each point of use to drain.

After emptying, continue to prepare purified water according to the same flushing method as above to cyclically flush and discharge the purified water tank and pipes until the purified water tank inlet PH, electrical conductivity and pure water purified water tank PH, electrical conductivity and total delivery, total return PH, The conductivity is consistent with the end.

After rinsing, the pure water tank and the valves at all points of use should be opened for emptying. After emptying, all the valves in the pure water tank and pipelines should be closed to prepare for passivation.

Passivation:

Prepare a nitric acid purification water tank and a water pump, connect the pipeline to the spray ball on the top of the pure water tank, and connect the secondary reverse osmosis fresh water to the acid tank.

Turn on the water production system, prepare pure water into the acid distributing tank (pure water is strictly prohibited from entering the pure water tank), put in nitric acid (chemically pure) to prepare 8% acid solution 500L, start the water pump, so that all the acid solution is delivered to the pure water Inside the box.

Turn on the pure water pump, make 8% acid liquid circulate 2H in the purification tank and the conveying pipeline, and passivate the inner surface of the pure water tank with nitric acid through the action of the spray ball on the top of the pure water tank.

Within the 2H cycle of the above acid liquid to the pure water pipeline, half-open the valve at each point of use on the purified water pipeline, and drain for about 10 minutes to passivate the nitric acid solution to the valve (when passivating the valve, the container should be used to After the nitric acid solution is filled, it should be poured into the acid distributing tank again and transported to the pure water tank).

After the cycle time is over, turn off the pure water pump, fully open the pure water tank drain valve, fully open the valves at all points of use, and drain the passivation liquid in the pure water tank and pipeline.

Start the water production system, and when the pure water is made into the pure water tank at about the neutral position, turn on the pure water pump, and after circulating and flushing the purified water tank and pipeline for 30 minutes, open the water valves at each point of use of the pure water transportation pipeline at the same time, so that it is at the same time. In the half-open state, let the pure water clean the valve for 3 minutes, turn off the pure water pump, open the pure water purified water tank drain valve and the valves at each point of use to drain.

After emptying, continue to prepare purified water. Follow the same flushing method as above to cyclically flush and discharge the purified water tank and pipeline until the pure water purified water tank inlet PH, conductivity, and pure water purified water tank PH, conductivity, total delivery, and total return The end of PH and conductivity are consistent.

After rinsing, the pure water tank and the valves at all points of use should all be opened and drained. After the pure water tank and pipeline are drained of accumulated water, close all valves in the pure water tank and pipeline to prepare for disinfection.

Disinfection:

3% H2O2 preparation: turn on the water production system, prepare purified water into the cleaning tank (do not enter the purified water tank), inject pure water (250L), add 30% 50L H2O2 to the cleaning tank, and prepare a 6% H2O2 solution After that, it is transported to the pure water purification tank through the cleaning pump. After the delivery is completed, pure water (200L) is injected into the cleaning tank and delivered to the purified water tank so that the concentration of H2O2 in the purified water tank is 3% and the volume is 500L.

Disinfection: Turn on the pure water pump, make the 3% H2O2 disinfectant circulate in the pure water tank and pipeline for 30 minutes, and disinfect the inner wall of the purified water tank through a spray ball.

Disinfectant discharge: After the 3% H2O2 cycle is over, open the valve at each point of use of pure water to make it in a half-open state, so that the disinfectant can disinfect the valve until the disinfectant is exhausted. (When the disinfectant cannot be drained, the pure water pump should be turned off, and the drain valve of the purified water tank should be opened to drain the disinfectant).

Pure water final flushing: When the water system is started to prepare pure water and enters the pure water tank in the middle position, the pure water pump is started, the purified water tank and pipeline are cycled for 30 minutes, and then the pure water purified water tank drain valve and each use valve are opened to drain.

After emptying, continue to prepare pure water and transport it to the middle of the pure water purification water tank. Follow the above washing method to cyclically flush and discharge the purified water tank and pipeline until the secondary reverse osmosis fresh water, purified water tank, total delivery, total return PH, conductivity The rate meets the standard requirements for the end.
