Recycled cation resin:

♦ Ejector method: first use the ejector to suck 33% of the industrial hydrochloric acid into the resin tank, and then use the PH test paper to test at the sewage outlet. When it is detected that the sewage is strongly acidic, it proves that the acid has flowed through the tank and the resin starts to regenerate. At this time, the flow rate of acid absorption should be adjusted to control the acid absorption regeneration time within 40-60 minutes.

♦ Wash the resin: When washing with tap water with a conductivity of about 200, wash to a PH value of 4-5! When washing with tap water with a conductivity of more than 300, the pH will be 3-4!

Regenerated anion resin:

♦ Jet method: First, 96% of the flake caustic soda and water are split into 35% concentration of lye. Then use a jet to suck 35% of the lye into the resin tank, and then use a PH test paper to test at the sewage outlet. When it is detected that the sewage is strongly alkaline, it is proved that the lye has flowed through the tank and the resin starts to be regenerated. At this time, the flow rate of acid absorption should be adjusted to control the regeneration time of alkali absorption within 40-60 minutes.

♦ Wash the resin: When washing with tap water with a conductivity of about 200, wash to a pH of about 9! When washing with tap water with a conductivity of 300 or more, the pH is about 10!

♦ The yang and yin beds are filled with water, in accordance with the normal water production operation. Until the conductivity is qualified!

Precautions

♦ The inlet water pressure when absorbing acid and alkali must be at least 2KG (preferably about 3KG). And to ensure that the nozzle of the jet has sufficient suction.

♦ Do not use the method of foaming resin. Let the acid and alkali flow through the resin continuously, and the flow time is 40 minutes.

When washing the resin, first wash slowly for about 20 minutes, and then wash quickly.

Acid-base concentration and quantity:

♦ If the equipment is 45 liters of resin per column, 25KG (1 barrel) of industrial hydrochloric acid (concentration above 30%) should be used for the regeneration of cation resin. 8-10KG flake caustic soda (99% concentration) is used for the regeneration of anion resin.

♦ The method of preparing lye solution is as follows: add 2.5 kg of clean water per kg of 99% flake caustic soda to dilute. Then the concentration of the lye is about 30-35%.
